Let me tell you a little about myself…

I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Certified Personal Trainer with 25+ years of experience.

I hold additional certifications in Holistic Lifestyle Coaching, Precision Nutrition Coaching, Advanced Ketogenic Nutrition Training, Active Aging, and Exercise Therapy.

My main passion has always been teaching people how to optimize their health with nutrition and lifestyle choices.

For the past 25 years, I have worked one-on-one with clients and in group settings educating and motivating them to optimize their health and fitness levels through nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle.

In addition to my private practice, I have worked as a part-time professor for the past nine years at one of Canada’s top colleges teaching health and nutrition.

After my husband’s recent cancer diagnosis, I developed an intense passion for deep nutrition and cancer. The healing power of food and a well-formulated therapeutic ketogenic diet is at the core of my focus.

My goal when working with a client is to educate and empower them to make positive changes and take meaningful action on their own behalf.

My advice is practical, and I break it down, making it easy to understand and implement. I believe in an individual approach rather than a one size fits all plan. You will be met where you are and supported every step of the way. As a Holistic Nutritionist, I am a big believer in self-care strategies, the power of the mind, emotional well-being, sleep, and movement for health.

As a personal trainer and former fitness instructor, I believe in physical activity and spending time outdoors in nature.

I enjoy running on the beach, hiking, bike riding, paddle boarding, skiing, and snowshoeing, and I have recently competed in my third spartan race.

I love staying connected, spending time with good friends and family, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.

I work on being a living example of everything I teach.
