After my husband’s cancer diagnosis in April of 2021, I began focusing on the ketogenic diet to help those with cancer get started on a customized, science-based Keto for Cancer nutrition plan.

I am also continuing to work with people that want to lose weight and manage other health issues.

“Getting Started” session with Janet

$195


The initial 60 to 75-minute session with Janet will focus on the following:

  • Your best keto/low-carb option (classic keto; modified; low glycemic; plant-based; other)
  • How to approach and implement your personal plan
  • How to track your progress (Cronometer targets; glucose/ketone monitoring devices)
  • And of course, your major questions and concerns!

What to expect

Before our meeting, I’ll send you my Getting Started on Keto Handout and What to Eat on Keto List. I will also invite you to my premium Gold Version of Cronometer. I will review how I provide nutrition feedback and support using this essential and versatile tool. By the end of this session, newcomers to keto will have a basic plan and a roadmap for the journey ahead. This can include a whole Month of Support with me.


Intake Form: To help me get to know you better, I will need some basic information about you, so I will email an intake form that you can fill out online and email back to me.


Sessions: All sessions are conducted via Zoom video. You may request a phone session instead. Loved ones are welcome to join!

  • Three 40 min Zoom/phone sessions to review your individual food preferences, patterns, and nutrition targets

  • Fasting strategies (time-restricted eating; water-only fasting; short-term fasting)
